Three Case Studies of Our ISP

This ISP process explores and answers, per company, where they are presently and what is required in the future in the areas of People, Process and Revenue to move forward.  The ISP is the organizational “glue” that keeps the process going, holds the corporate leaders accountable and engenders ownership of projects/programs within the company culture.

 Case #3.  Executive search and professional staffing organization with eight years in business looking to grow the business and increase market share in a fiercely competitive industry.  The company was privately owned and possessed fifteen mostly long term employees/recruiters.    The facilitation of the ISP created a company with a progressive mindset and buy in of the employees to the new direction.  The organization grew from a gross revenue of $2,500,000 to Five Million dollars in just less than two years, attracted a national purchaser and was sold to a public company.
