Over the last fifteen years, she has had the privilege of working with many different cultures, including: Chinese, Scottish, Russian, Spanish, Native American, Mexican and Anglo. Her classes inspire, educate, inform and allow paradigms to shift allowing for the greatest growth of your leaders and staff.
One of Dr. Jane's greatest honors was when she was invited to speak in Beijing, China at the Third Annual China-US Conference on Women's Issues in 2004. The topic was Empowering the Individual to Stop the Abuse.
Dr. Jane's clientèle have included the private sector, not-for-profits and governmental agencies. She is a Doctor of Divinity and Advanced Mediator as well as a Master Negotiator. Dr. Jane is the only Registerd Corporate Coach and Certified Business Coach in New Mexico.
